The A&P is located at 503 Cloverdale Road, between Felder and Graham Street. We are 1 block east of the Cloverdale Road / Norman Bridge Road intersection. The nearest Interstate 85 exits are Union Street (Downtown) or Mulberry Street.

What is The A&P?

Built in 2007 on the site of a former A&P Grocery long abandoned, The Atlantic & Pacific Development brings lofts, shops, restaurants, and offices to the neighborhood. More importantly it brings new life. Designed by renowned McAlpine Tankersley Architecture, The A&P Lofts offer unrivaled architectural features including the A&P Courtyard. 16 stunning lofts featuring the best in contemporary design.
